Guacamole Witch Tortilla Bowls {Recipe}
Ingredients:
- Blue and yellow corn tortilla chips
- Avocados
- Lime
- Tomato
- Sliced olives
- Sour Cream
- Tortillas – any kind
Directions:
- Cut the tortilla into four wedges.
- Place one wedge into a muffin tin and press the tortilla to the bottom.
- Place more more wedge into the tin to create a bowl.
- Trim the edges off the top of the tortillas.
- This is how they will look when they’re ready to bake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spoon sour cream into a plastic bag and cut off the corner – just a little bit!
- Make up the guacomole using your favorite recipe, or you can just mash up the avocados and squeeze in some fresh lime juice like I did. Spoon the guacomole into the bowls and use a blue corn chip for the hat. Yes blue chips are really close to black :) Can you see how they look like a witch hat??
- Use the olives for eyes, the tomatoes for lips, and break off a corner of a yellow corn chip for the nose. I used sour cream for hair. My witches are old!
