Avocado and Feta Salsa

Avocado and Feta Salsa


Ingredients

  1.     3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  2.     3 avocados, chopped
  3.     1/4 c cilantro, chopped
  4.     1/4 red onion, diced
  5.     1 clove garlic, minced
  6.     1 Tbls fresh lime juice
  7.     1 Tbls red wine vinegar
  8.     4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
  •     Gently combine all ingredients.
  •     Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
